These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Logicrove website and your enrolment in Logicrove courses. By accessing the website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the following meanings:

• "Logicrove", "we", "us", "our" — the company operating at Suite 14, Menara KEN, Jalan Sultan Ismail, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• "Participant", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses the website or enrols in a course.
• "Course" — any online educational programme offered by Logicrove, including the Foundations of Machine Learning, Deep Learning Practitioner Track, and Applied AI Engineering Capstone.
• "Content" — all materials provided as part of a course, including recorded lectures, live session recordings, exercises, written materials, and any associated resources.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing an enrolment form or making payment for a course, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• The information you have provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge

3. Course Description and Availability

Courses are delivered online and are accessible via the platform or materials provided upon enrolment. Logicrove reserves the right to modify course content, scheduling, or delivery format. In the event of material changes that affect an enrolled participant, we will provide reasonable notice. Course availability is subject to minimum cohort numbers being met; if a cohort does not proceed, enrolled participants will be offered a place in the next available cohort or a full refund.

4. User Accounts

Access to course materials may require account credentials provided by Logicrove. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and not sharing access with others. Each enrolment is for a single individual.

5. User Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Use course materials only for your own personal educational purposes
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share course content without prior written permission from Logicrove
• Participate in discussions and live sessions with courtesy and respect for other participants
• Not engage in any conduct that disrupts the learning environment for other participants

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, including recorded lectures, written materials, exercises, and any associated resources, is the intellectual property of Logicrove. Upon enrolment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own personal educational purposes for the duration of your enrolment window. This licence does not permit you to copy, redistribute, sell, or sublicence any content.

7. Payment Terms

All course fees are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payment is required in full before access to course materials is granted. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and major payment cards; details are provided during the enrolment process. Fees are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: If Logicrove cancels a cohort, enrolled participants are entitled to a full refund. Where a participant withdraws before the course commencement date, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Logicrove on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are available once course materials have been accessed.

8. Course Completion Records

Participants who complete all required exercises and (where applicable) written milestones within the enrolment window will receive a course completion record. This record reflects participation and exercise completion. It is an educational record, not a professional licence or formal qualification. The value or recognition of any such record is determined by third parties and is not within Logicrove's control.

9. Educational Purpose and Disclaimers

Logicrove courses are educational in nature. They are designed to develop technical skills and understanding in machine learning and AI engineering. Nothing in our course content constitutes professional advice. Outcomes from completing a course depend entirely on the participant's own effort, prior background, and subsequent application of the material. Logicrove makes no representations about what a participant will be able to do upon completion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Logicrove's liability to you in connection with these Terms or any course shall not exceed the fee paid by you for the relevant course. Logicrove is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of course materials or access to the platform.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Logicrove against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of course materials.

12. Termination

Logicrove may suspend or terminate your access to course materials if you breach these Terms. No refund will be issued in the event of termination resulting from a breach. You may discontinue participation at any time; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy in Section 7.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, we encourage parties to attempt informal resolution first by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Logicrove with respect to your use of the website and enrolment in courses. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure by Logicrove to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website or participation in a course after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
